The Murray Hill room of the Australian cafe group that began as a single coffee shop in 2014, sitting on East 35th Street and running brunch straight through the morning before shifting to dinner. Expect eggs your way, avocado toast, a kimchi scramble, salmon and mushroom toasts, pork Benedict, the HITW breakfast burrito and dulce de leche waffles; later, sausage rolls, peach habanero wings, burrata toast, bucatini carbonara, pan-seared salmon and steak frites. The OG beef burger holds its own all day. Serious coffee, cocktails when the light goes. Consistently packed at weekends.
