You build it: pick the catch, pick a sauce, pick your heat, add corn, potatoes and sausage. Signature combinations like the Shell Shocker, The Perfect Storm and Lobster Party do the choosing for you. If you would rather stay dry there are po'boys, fried baskets, hush puppies, coconut shrimp and Cajun shrimp alfredo, plus frozen margaritas and piña coladas from the bar. Loud, messy, and entirely the point.
