In the middle of Siesta Key Village, The Hub Baja Grill has been turning out Baja-leaning beach food since 2008, with live music running from afternoon into the night and a covered sidewalk patio that catches the whole passing parade. Tacos are the draw — grouper, salmon, and the Bangin' Baja shrimp — alongside a hand-made lobster bisque and the Ultimate Steakhouse Burger. The margaritas have a following of their own. Loud, sunburnt and entirely unbothered, in the best possible way.
