Miramar's branch of a Florida chain that has bet everything on one cut. Huey Magoo's serves tenderloin and only tenderloin, hand-breaded and fried or marinated a full day for the grill, in meals of three, five or seven pieces plus Tender Bites for sharing. Sandwiches, wraps and salads use the same chicken. The handcrafted Magoo's and Spicy Magoo's sauces do a lot of the heavy lifting, alongside ranch, honey mustard and garlic parmesan. What diners note repeatedly is how well seasoned the breading is and how fast the line moves. Focused, and better for it.
