A ramen counter tucked inside a Seminole Heights wine shop, which turns out to be exactly the right setting for it. Ichi Koroshi is run by alumni of Ichicoro, the Tampa ramen room that closed in 2023, and the bowls are unmistakably in that tradition: deeply seasoned, carefully built, with vegan options alongside the pork. Service runs afternoon into evening rather than all day. The wine is right there on the shelves beside you. Short menu, long memory, and a following that found it fast.
