Eau Gallie's neighborhood brewery does exactly what the sign promises: drink local, drink coastal. The taproom on West Eau Gallie Boulevard runs an ever-rotating board rather than a fixed core lineup, so regulars turn up partly to see what changed. The kitchen, Intra Eats, keeps pace with birria street fries with consomme on the side, buffalo chicken fries under ranch and green onion, Bavarian pretzel bites with amber lager beer cheese, and a Hail Caesar wrap. It is 21 and over, which keeps the room adult and easy. Come for the beer. Stay because nobody is rushing you.
