Oh Biscuit and More opens at seven on West Eau Gallie Boulevard and builds the morning around scratch biscuits and gravy. The omelet list runs deep - the Oh Biscuit with bacon, sausage, peppers and cheese, a Farmers with potatoes folded in - and the pastry case holds cinnamon rolls and bread pudding worth the detour. On Friday and Saturday evenings the room turns over to a short dinner menu: ribeye, grouper, country-style fried chicken, all with soup or salad and dessert included. Guests keep coming back for the biscuits and the first-name service. Small room, generous plates.
