ISLAMORADA PIZZA COMPANY – Restaurant

House-made dough, sixteen-inch pies, and a pick-up window facing Overseas Highway at Three Waters Resort. The board runs from a plain classic cheese through the Mushroom Tartufo, the Carnivore, the Meatball Ricotta and a Key-Waiian that does exactly what the name implies, with slices for anyone not committing to a whole pie. Round it out with oven-baked wings, herbed garlic knots, Nonna's meatballs or the Calzo-Nadas, then a guava and cream cheese pie. Dave Portnoy's One Bite gave it a look. Keys pizza with a Miami accent.
