The menu leans brunch and leans hard — triple stack pancakes, crunchy brioche French toast, chicken 'n' waffles, crab cake hash, brunch totchos, and a fried bread pudding the kitchen is happy to call famous. Lunch brings the Banyan burger, blackened shrimp and grits, honey-lime salmon and a Salmon Louie. Open 7:30 to 3 on weekdays, then it goes private for events after dark. Come for the planes, stay for the pudding.
