The Orlando room for a vegan soul-food kitchen that has built its following on nostalgia rather than nutrition lectures. Chef Kev Richey's menu reworks American street food entirely from plants: a cheesesteak, chick'n and waffles, soul bowls, signature burgers, soul fries, and an all-day brunch for people who eat on their own schedule.
