Order at the window, take a seat on the deck, wait for the buzzer. This is the cafe behind a fifty-year working waterfront, where commercial boats unload the day's catch a few steps away. Florida lobster, stone crab, Key West pink shrimp, mahi, grouper and yellowtail feed a menu past a hundred items: the lobster roll on a hoagy with slaw, whole battered yellowtail, coconut shrimp with sweet Thai chilli. There is a bar out on the deck and live music to go with it. Eleven to seven, no waiters, no fuss.
