A quiet plaza room on the Overseas Highway in Key Largo running two kitchens at once: a Thai line and a sushi bar. Open with the Thai Sampler — satay, spring rolls, seafood dumplings, krab wonton and potsticker on one plate — or a bowl of spicy lemongrass chicken soup. From there it is red curry with bamboo shoots and basil, massaman with roasted peanuts and potato, pad Thai or drunken noodles. The sushi side goes big: a tempura lobster roll with avocado and asparagus, or the Paradise, stacked with tuna, salmon, ebi and baked scallop. Closed Tuesdays; takeout is half the business.
