Kobe's Tampa teppanyaki rooms cook everything in front of you, working through the beating heart and the onion volcano before the wagyu hits the steel. The card runs from the Kobe Trio of signature cuts to the Ultimate Japanese Wagyu, with a sushi bar handling tuna tataki, the Rainbow Roll and specialty rolls for the table that wants something lighter. Passion fruit margaritas and scorpion bowls do the rest. Take-out is available, but that rather misses the point.
