Aussie pies and coffee roasted right here in St. Augustine - the Kookaburra has been running that combination across the city long enough to be part of the local morning. The savoury pies are the draw: the Corker packs sausage, egg and cheese into pastry, and a veggie coconut curry covers the other side of the room. Espresso comes with its own house language, Honey Badger and Hot Aussie and Green Goddess, and the case keeps vegan and gluten-free bakes going. Early doors, late close.
