KORE STEAKHOUSE – Restaurant
Smoke rises off the tabletop grills at Waterside Place, where Kore turns dinner into something you cook yourself. The cuts do the talking — marinated galbi, pork collar, ribeye, certified A5 wagyu — arriving with a spread of banchan and kimchi that keeps getting refilled. Beyond the grill there's bone marrow, bulgogi mandoo, seafood pancake, japchae and a bibimbap served bubbling in stone. Regulars steer newcomers toward the combination platters, and the Korean fried chicken has its own following. Servers walk first-timers through the grilling without hovering. It's a night out with a job attached, and Sarasota has taken to it.
