KROME BREWING – Restaurant

Krome Brewing pours its own beer and cooks Colombian food to go with it - a pairing that started with two tables in 2016 and now fills an outdoor lot on the far southern edge of Miami-Dade with music, kids and farm animals. Order the bandeja paisa for the full argument: beef, sausage, pork belly, corn cake, sweet plantain, rice and beans on one plate. Lighter appetite, order tostones with hogao, or maicitos. The churrasco holds up too. Rustic, unhurried, genuinely local.
