KROME BREWING – Restaurant

It began in 2016 as a two-table Colombian restaurant and grew into an open-air brewery in deep south Miami-Dade, with live music, farm animals and room for the whole family. The beer is made on site; the kitchen sends out chicharron and chorizo with arepa, tostones under hogao and guacamole, maicitos loaded with corn, cheese, chicken and bacon, and a full bandeja paisa. What people talk about afterward is the food as much as the beer. Weekends run long.
