A neighbourhood Cuban kitchen on Northwest 7th Street, Kuba Kitchen keeps the classics tight and the prices fair. Lechon asado is the anchor; El Kubano is the sandwich to order; pan con bistec, oxtail, tostones montaditos and the Kuba's Sampler fill out the middle, and flan or tres leches closes it. What comes up over and over from regulars is the staff — friendly, quick, unbothered by a rush — and parking that actually exists. Nothing reinvented here, everything done properly. Miami Cuban food at its least complicated.
