Twenty-five years on North Armenia Avenue, and La Cabana still runs on the same Colombian home-cooking playbook. Chicken turns on the rotisserie behind the counter, the fried mojarra comes out whole and crisp, and the seafood casserole is what you order when the table plans to linger. It reads as a neighborhood dining room rather than a destination: families, Spanish across the tables, plates that arrive heavy. Diners come back for the consistency and the welcome in roughly equal measure. Tampa Colombian, no fuss attached.
