The first Florida outpost of a nine-shop New York bagel chain, opened in the Somerset Shoppes at Glades and Lyons and running on the same old-fashioned method: dough hand-rolled, boiled and baked in house. Behind the counter are the full range of bagels and bialys, a wall of cream cheeses from scallion to lox, nova and tuna-salad deli sandwiches built New York-deep, a chopped salad bar and black-and-white cookies. Transplants have been quick to say it tastes like home. Early doors, long line, worth it.
