LOS PERROS – Restaurant

A Miami fixture for Colombian perros calientes, open past midnight and later still at weekends. The SuperPerro is the signature - a hot dog piled with mozzarella, shoestring potato, quail eggs and house sauces - alongside the Choriperro, Lomiperro and Americano. Beyond the dogs there are salchipapas in four builds, corn-bowl maicitos, arepas de queso and chorizo, chicharrones, chicken wings and burgers including the Night Rider and the Porky's-loaded 305.
