Los Verdes has been selling Latin street food since 2004 on the strength of two sauces, one pink and one green, that end up on very nearly everything. The Pines Boulevard branch runs the full list: arepas and cachapas, tequenos, quesadillas, wings, hot dogs and burgers built to be held with both hands, with milkshakes to finish. Tuesdays belong to the milkshakes; Thursdays bring buy-one-get-one. Counter service, bright room, portions that make the price look wrong in the customer's favour. Just sauce it, as the signage puts it.
