Ground level at the Hilton in Carillon Park, with a terrace over the lake and the nature preserve beyond — Luna Lux rebuilt itself around modern Mediterranean small plates. A Mezzo board of cured meats and cheeses opens; kofta lamb skewers arrive with pomegranate molasses, shrimp Mozambique with mango and piri-piri, and lavender cannoli with ricotta and candied pistachio close things out. Craft cocktails and local microbrews sit alongside, and breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch all get their own service. Chic without being stiff, and the water does not hurt.
