MAELOS PIZZA – Restaurant

Maelo's works a wood-fired oven and builds twelve-inch pies on either a traditional base or its own star crust, the rim stuffed and pulled away in points. The list runs from a plain margherita through pepperoni with hot honey and burrata, prosciutto and figs; alongside it sit calzones, artisanal paninis, focaccia, lasagna and salads. Dessert leans sweet and Italian, pistachio and Nutella included. Miami has no shortage of pizza. This one is worth the extra four dollars for the crust.
