MANHATTAN STEAK HOUSE – Steakhouse
Bella Purisic opened this Tamiami Trail steakhouse in 2011 with a New York playbook and no interest in apologising for it: linen, wood panelling, warm light, and beef seared at 1,800 degrees. The Porterhouse for Two arrives carved at the table, filet on one side of the bone and strip on the other. Around it sit dry-aged New York strip and cowboy rib eye, Dover sole, sea bass and lobster, with creamed spinach and German potatoes passed family style. The Manhattan chop salad is a proper starter, not an afterthought. Dinner only. Come for the porterhouse.
