Maxi Arepa works Miramar Parkway from eight in the morning until late, grilling arepas in the Maracaibo style and filling them to order, with patacones, cachapas, empanadas and chicken burgers alongside, sold solo or as combos with fries and a drink. The portions come up in conversation constantly, and so does the surprise that somewhere this unassuming turns out food this good. There is outdoor seating, and dogs are welcome on it. Fast casual with nothing compromised.
