MAXWELL BROS – Restaurant

The name is borrowed from a clothing store that opened in 1866; the pizza is entirely of the present. Maxwell Bros sits on South Dixie Highway in Palmetto Bay — a brewery and pizzeria sharing one loud, cheerful room with a Star Wars streak through the decor and a covered patio out the back. Build your own, or take the house's word: garlic pizza bianca on a sesame crust, the P-Bay Special, Meat Lovers, Fungus Among Us. Cheesy bread with tomato dipping sauce is the default table order, and the goat cheese salad has a following of its own. Trivia nights get rowdy. That is rather the point.
