Maya Thai's Temple Terrace kitchen sits on East Fowler Avenue and splits its day cleanly - lunch service through the afternoon, then a break before dinner. The draw is a rare combination: traditional Thai cooking made entirely with halal-certified meat, stock and sauces, wok-fired to order rather than held. Volcano Chicken comes crisp-fried in sweet and sour sauce under a scatter of peanuts; Maya Fried Rice is built Thai-style with egg, carrot, onion and tomato; the Pad Thai uses a house sauce with bean sprouts, crushed peanuts and lime. Family-run since 2024. Pickup and delivery both available.
