MAYDAY ICE CREAM – Restaurant
Named for WWII bomber crews who froze cream in the gunner pod at altitude, Mayday scoops that story out of several Saint Augustine storefronts. Everything is made rather than bought in: the base is churned by the company in Florida, the waffle cones are baked on site, and the sprinkles are house-made and free. Expect Session Chocolate packed with melted chocolate, Mint Monster built on fresh mint and grasshopper cookies, The Aviator folding Biscoff and hazelnut into Nutella ice cream, plus rotating seasonals.
