Set in an old stone building on Zichron Ya'akov's pedestrian street, Manuella is a family trattoria that does the unglamorous work properly. Fresh pasta is rolled in-house every day from Italian durum flour; focaccia and pizza are built on Neapolitan flour and fired to order; antipasti and salads open the meal, with meat and fish plates and a business lunch alongside.
