A neighbourhood pizza bar on HaMeyasdim in Pardes Hanna-Karkur, with a courtyard, beer on tap and an oven doing the heavy lifting. It starts with Italian dough and a straight Napoletana in personal or family size, then climbs: a bianca with alfredo, fresh mushrooms, truffle puree and parmesan; a carciofi with artichoke, onion and spinach pesto; a Popeye of pesto, fresh tomato and kashkaval. Pastas run rosa and alfredo, there is a loaded Israeli salad, and a gluten-free base for whoever needs one. Casual service, fair prices, crisp edges. The kind of local you end up at weekly.
