What started as a mother-and-daughter hobby is now a full bakery cafe with several branches around Metro Manila, where the pastry counter and the hot kitchen carry equal weight. All-day breakfast runs to steak and eggs, US beef tapa with garlic rice and achara, and grilled sausage with egg; the savoury side brings bacon and spinach quiche, chicken and mushroom pie, rustic chicken liver pate and a Caesar salad with homemade croutons. Pasta, mains, breads and a long dessert list follow, with trays to take home. Open early and late, every day. Home cooking, done properly.
