MOOYAH does one thing and does it loudly: build-your-own burgers, made to order. The Winter Park Square shop off North Orlando Avenue starts with Certified Angus Beef, all-natural turkey or a plant-based patty, stacks it on buns baked in-house that day, and lets you take the toppings wherever you want. Fries are hand-cut and come out hot enough to steal the show, and the shakes are spun from real ice cream rather than mix. Order at the counter, eat in, or take it away. Fast food with the corners left in — and portions that back up the noise.
