A dairy cafe on HaRokmim in Holon that starts the day properly: coffee with two pastries, or a full Israeli breakfast with four dips, chopped salad, house jam and bread. The classic shakshuka comes with tehina and salad. Sandwiches are built on country or grain rolls, tuna with hard-boiled egg, or pesto with Bulgarian cheese and roasted pepper, and there is a whole gluten-free corner written into the menu. Cakes and house sweets fill the counter. Kosher under Badatz Beit Yosef. A neighbourhood cafe doing breakfast the way breakfast should be done.
