Minna Tomei builds its kitchen out of five Asian traditions at once — Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, Japan and India — and asks them to speak one language rather than sit in separate menu sections. The result is a pan-Asian table meant for sharing: layered broths, wok work, raw and grilled plates, with an emphasis on ingredients, technique and the depth those cuisines get from spice rather than heat alone. The rooms are warm and built for long, noisy dinners, and the group also takes on private events. This branch sits in the Alonit Fashion complex at Ein Shemer. Open daily into the late evening.
