A neighbourhood wine bar on Ne'urim Street in Pardes Hanna-Karkur that opens at seven and runs to midnight, built around Israeli bottles from boutique wineries and small distillers, with staff who will genuinely steer you rather than hand over a list. The kitchen is small and deliberate: cheese plates, salads, meat dishes and a steak tartare, sized to sit beside the glass rather than compete with it. Kosher, with tables outside when the evening allows. Closed Fridays. Low-key, well chosen, and entirely comfortable at its own scale.
