Out at the Alon complex beside Ein Shemer, this branch of Israel's BBB chain does what the rest of the group does: an American diner-bar room, beef ground fresh each morning, and burgers sized by weight from 160 up to 300 grams. The wider menu reaches well past patties, with chicken and vegetables seared on the plancha, classic breaded schnitzel, chipotle-marinated pargit, Roman focaccia with tahini and tomato salsa, and a root-vegetable salad in spicy Asian vinaigrette. Vegetarian and vegan plates are built in rather than bolted on. Doors open at half past eleven and stay open, daily, until midnight.
