Poke Van brings Hawaiian street food to Halamish Street in Caesarea, and the whole thing is built around choice. Signature bowls arrive fully composed: the Hawaiian with marinated salmon, edamame, pineapple and mango chilli; the Mexican with red tuna, black beans, chipotle mayo and nacho shards; a rainbow bowl of half salmon, half tuna over glass noodles. Or you build your own across base, protein, vegetables, sauces and toppings, with tofu and vegetable versions treated as properly as the fish. Fresh, fast and genuinely customisable, with enough colour on the plate to justify the trip.
