NARBONA AT COCOWALK – Restaurant
Two hundred seats on the ground floor of CocoWalk, indoors and out, built around a kitchen the owners deliberately left open to the room. Narbona has farmed in Uruguay since 1909 and cooks what it grows: homemade pasta and gnocchi, Uruguayan pizzas from the brick oven, a 22-ounce cowboy steak, an organic half chicken, and the entrana - prime skirt steak with baked sweet potato and chimichurri. Breakfast through dinner, every day. Behind the dining room sit a butcher, a bakery and a market of estate wines, cheeses, and the house dulce de leche and gelato.
