Maitland's office corridor gets its lunch from a Nature's Table counter that opens with the workday and closes with it. Everything is put together to order - Mediterranean chicken wraps, toasted chicken tapenade sandwiches, signature salads with grilled chicken and blueberry pomegranate vinaigrette, protein bowls over brown rice. Soups rotate daily and the tomato basil bisque is the one people come back for. Breakfast runs from avocado toast to a proper breakfast burrito, and the smoothie list is real fruit blended with juice or yoghurt. Fast, fresh, and unbothered by trends.
