NAUTILUS CAFE – Restaurant

A small cafe tucked into Bradenton Beach Marina, built for the walk-up in flip-flops or the boat crew stopping for coffee. Espresso is the anchor, from cortado to flat white to a matcha latte, with a chocolate-banana-peanut-butter smoothie for the beach-bound. The food is short and well made: fried eggs with cheddar and mozzarella on toasted ciabatta, a chicken cutlet sandwich with pickled red onion, mortadella and capicola with pepperoncini, whipped ricotta toast with honey and walnuts, beef empanadas by the three or five. Craft beer and wine by the glass once the sun drops.
