The kitchen cooks kosher Italian with a Roman accent: crispy Roman-style baby artichokes big enough for three, slow-roasted beef brisket with onion, a black angus rib steak alla fiorentina, duck gnocchi, lemon chicken piccata, and a chocolate bourbon pecan pie that gets ordered on reputation.
