The old Redfish Grill site on Old Cutler Road, reborn as Chef Donatella Arpaia's coastal Italian room with the water right there and a rooftop patio for the sunset. The kitchen sends out her award-winning crispy veal and beef meatballs in slow-braised ragu, semolina-crusted calamari with avocado aioli, manchego croquettes with fig conserva, pear fiocchetti in gorgonzola cream with black truffle honey, shrimp fra diavolo, and a whole local fried snapper. The bar works fresh seasonal cocktails with a deep tequila and mezcal list. Waterfront dining that actually earns the setting.
