O'BRIENS IRISH PUB – Restaurant

The Carrollwood stretch of Dale Mabry has kept this Irish pub busy for more than two decades: dark wood inside, a big fan-cooled patio outside, TVs angled at whatever game is on. The kitchen runs to fish and chips, shepherd's pie, corned beef and cabbage, half-pound Angus burgers and Irish nachos loaded with Guinness gravy and cheese. Wings come with a following of their own. Live bands land Friday and Saturday, with trivia, music bingo, karaoke and line dancing filling out the week. Locals treat it as the neighbourhood living room.
