OMAKAI SUSHI – Restaurant

A sushi group that took the omakase format and made it something you can do on a weeknight. Sets are paced by the kitchen and priced in tiers, from a short bite through OMA Deluxe to a nine-course tasting that leans on whatever seasonal fish came in. The standing menu is the real draw for regulars: bincho, hamachi, sake belly, hotate, ikura, unagi, with limited-run specialty nigiri like toro truffle and unagi foie gras. Hand rolls run from cucumber to Maine lobster. The recurring verdict is that it punches well above what it charges. Chef's choice, no gatekeeping.
