OSAKA – Restaurant

A small Japanese kitchen on Crawfordville Highway, a stretch of Wakulla County where a proper sushi bar is not a given, working hibachi and rolls out of the same room. Hibachi plates arrive heavy - chicken, steak, shrimp, the vegetables done just as generously - with fried rice and enough yum yum sauce to matter. On the cold side there are shrimp tempura rolls, spicy tuna, Philadelphia rolls and a dragon roll, plus poke bowls and hot tempura vegetables. Diners keep coming back for portions that reliably make two meals and for how quickly takeout comes together.
