SPICE JUNCTION – Restaurant

A Crawfordville Highway kitchen with an unusually wide reach: tandoori, curries, biryani and fresh naan on one side of the board, halal chicken shawarma, lamb and steak on the other, and boba bowls, burritos and loaded nachos where the Mediterranean and Latin threads meet. Cauliflower bites and swirls iced tea round out an order. It is a compact operation running mostly on takeout and delivery with last orders at a quarter to eight. For a town this size the range is remarkable, and Tallahassee food groups have taken to recommending it. Diners consistently point to the naan and the tandoori as the reason to make the drive.
