Double-barreled roadside kitchen at the Paz station by Binyamina Junction on Highway 4, running two concepts under one roof: Bigi, the American diner side grinding its burger meat fresh daily at the in-house butchery, and Pizzi, the Italian side rolling fresh pasta from 100% durum wheat. The founding creed — our story is food — shows in raw-material obsession on both menus, and guests mix and match freely. It suits Highway 4 commuters torn between burger and carbonara, Binyamina families, road-trip meal upgrades, and couples who never agree on a cuisine.
