Kosher boutique food house on HaMoshav Street in Pardes Hanna-Karkur, founded in 2014 by partners Dor Cohen and Or David and split into two branches for kashrut: a meat boutique and a dairy delicatessen. Dor studied charcuterie in Italy, and the meat side produces, ages, and smokes sausages and cuts using traditional, additive-free methods, while the dairy side carries over 120 cheeses from around the world with fish preserves, pasta, and deli goods. Sandwiches, toasts, and catering round it out. It suits serious food lovers, holiday-table shoppers, and anyone chasing artisan charcuterie in the Sharon.
