The pitch at Pizza 9 on Amiel Rozansky in Rehovot is refreshingly blunt: a family tray, 36 centimetres and eight slices, with every topping you want and no upcharge. It comes with house tomato sauce, a mozzarella-and-yellow-cheese mix, spice sachets, and pizza and garlic dips on the side. Beyond the pies there are baked pastries, extra sauces and cold drinks, and the deals scale up to two or three trays with a large bottle. Kitchen hours run late into the night midweek. Straightforward, generous, and priced to be ordered again.
